Preview is Thursday from 12-3pm at 4701 Cedar Avenue, Wilmington. Do not enter property outside of preview hours as property is occupied.
Pay attention to the closing time. We have two auctions closing Sunday, November 9th. One at 7:00pm and one at 7:30 pm.

Onsite pick up
Online auction including vehicles, scaffolding, golf cart, 20' shipping containers, trailer, ladders, windows, metal break, and lumber.

Preview: THURSDAY, November 6th from 12-3 PM on site. Preview Location will be added here on Thursday morning. Location is near College & Oleander.
First Lots Close: SUNDAY, November 9th at 7:00PM, then one lot every 20 seconds thereafter. Soft Close Feature - Any lot receiving a bid with less than 2 minutes left will have 2 more minutes added to the time remaining.
Pick Up: Pick up for items other than titled vehicles and containers will be Monday, November 10th from 3-5pm. Titled vehicles and containers pick up will have to be scheduled with Auction Orange.
Local Onsite pick up - registered buyers must be present at pick up
Due to location of vehicles on residential property, we will not be able to accommodate third party transport companies.
Cash or wire transfer payments only. Cash Payment to be made at Auction Orange (1930 Castle Hayne Road) on Monday, November 10th between 2-6pm prior to pick up. Payments will not be accepted at onsite pick up location.
Vehicles with Titles are From An Estate And are Clear. There Will Be A short Delay For The Estate To Notarize The Title And Mail After Payment Is Made As They Reside Out Of State.
Title Transfer Must Go In Registered Buyers Name.
Once Proof Of Title Transfer Is Provided To Auction Orange, Vehicle Will Be Released.
