We will be selling ONE LARGE 30 foot Storage Unit that was used by a Wilmington Movie Prop Master. The unit is being sold as a single lot, from the threshold pursuant to a storage lien. The unit is loaded with props, supplies and equipment.

Terms are CASH only with a $250 refundable clean out deposit and 10% Buyer Premium. Owner has agreed to provide the buyer one week to clear the unit and will rent more time if necessary. Buyer is welcome to remove the build out as well.
Bring strong flashlights and binoculars! There will be no access to the interior.
